Brandon
With one of the purposes of this community being a resource for learning and improving, what do you think would have been for you to know when you started bass fishing? With so much to learn and know it can be overwhelming. I've often wondered if there was a bass fishing training, what would be taught in what order. If you could go back and do it again, what would you like to have learned first? For me, and it's something I'm still learning honestly, I think understanding the seasons and bass migration - and learning how to locate those fish, would have helped me quit wasting a lot of time. Even with the best boat and equipment, if you're fishing an area with no fish - you catch no fish. Being able to take a large lake and break it down into smaller parts, based on the season, and then using electronics to locate is a skill that I believe separates weekend anglers from tournament anglers.
